CharmTech Academy Affiliate Program Terms of Service Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the CharmTech Academy Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be registered members of CharmTech Academy.

• Only referrals for new students who enroll in an online program (self-paced or live session) qualify for rewards.

• This affiliate program is void where prohibited by law.

3. Referral Rewards

• Members earn $100 for each referred individual who successfully enrolls in an eligible program.

• Referral rewards will be credited to the member within 30 days of the referred individual's successful enrollment, provided that the payment has been successfully processed and no chargebacks or refund requests have been made.

• Affiliates will receive a commission only for the first course that the referred individual enrolls in. No additional commissions will be paid for any subsequent courses or services the referred individual purchases.

• Payment programs are not included in the affiliate program.

• A referred individual may use a referral link or promo code only once and is prohibited from creating multiple accounts to generate additional commissions for the affiliate.

• Affiliates will earn a commission for either the use of a promo code or a referral link for one individual participant, but not both.

4. Referral Link or Promo Code

• Each member will receive a unique referral link or promo code to share with potential participants.

• The referral link or promo code must be utilized for the referral to be tracked and credited appropriately.

• Sub ID tracking is allowed through the affiliate dashboard, enabling affiliates to set up alternate versions of their affiliate link to use in multiple places and track the success in different locations.

5. Payouts

• Rewards will be paid directly to the affiliate via PayPal.

• Affiliates must log in to their affiliate account to provide a valid PayPal email address and add their Tax ID/SSN to ensure proper delivery of commissions.

• Changes to payout methods may take up to 3 business days to take effect.

• CharmTech Academy reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Program Usage

• Members must not use false names or email addresses, or provide misleading information, to refer friends.

• Members are prohibited from using their referral link or promo code for self-referrals.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

• Affiliates must not guarantee that CharmTech Academy will secure employment for referred individuals.

• Affiliates must avoid any language that implies CharmTech Academy guarantees specific results or outcomes from its programs.

• CharmTech Academy does not guarantee job placement or any specific career outcome as a result of completing its programs.

8. Where to Use or Post Affiliate Links or Promo Codes

• Affiliates may share their referral links or promo codes via personal email, social media platforms, blogs, and personal websites.

• Referral links or promo codes must not be posted on sites offering coupons, discounts, or on any third-party platforms without prior approval from CharmTech Academy.

• Affiliates must not engage in spamming or use unsolicited commercial emails to distribute referral links or promo codes.

• Referral links or promo codes must not be used in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Discount Promo Code

• If the affiliate is provided with a promo code for potential participants to use, it may or may not provide the participant with a discount on enrollment fees. The discount depends on the individual agreement between the affiliate and CharmTech Academy.

• Affiliates will earn a commission for either the use of a promo code or a referral link for one individual participant, but not both.

10. Use of Third-Party Services

• CharmTech Academy may use third-party sites for various transactional tasks, including but not limited to, processing payments via PayPal, sending tax forms, and managing affiliate tracking.

• By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to the use of such third-party services and are bound by the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.

11. Modifications and Termination

• CharmTech Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without prior notice.

• If the program is terminated, rewards already earned will still be credited in accordance with these terms.

12. Privacy

• Members agree to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in CharmTech Academy’s Privacy Policy.

• Personal information of referred individuals will be protected in accordance with CharmTech Academy’s Privacy Policy.

• Personal identifiable information is required from affiliates to facilitate the sending of tax information at the end of the year.

13. Liability

• CharmTech Academy will not be held liable for any misinformation provided by affiliates to referred individuals.

• By participating in the affiliate program, members agree to release and hold harmless CharmTech Academy from any claims arising out of participation in the program.

14. Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information in your affiliate application or while participating in the program.

• Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the referral system.

• Using your referral link or promo code for self-referrals or other prohibited activities.

• Violating any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

• Using language that implies CharmTech Academy guarantees job placement or any specific outcome.

• Engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation or operations of CharmTech Academy.

15. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CharmTech Academy operates.

16. Acceptance of Terms

• By joining the CharmTech Academy Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and will not hold CharmTech Academy liable for any issues or disputes arising from your participation in the program.​
