  • What is the Scrum Master Training Program?
    CharmTech Academy's Scrum Master Training Program is a comprehensive course that provides individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to become a successful Scrum Master. The program covers the key principles of Agile and Scrum, including the Scrum framework, roles, events, and artifacts. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and simulations, participants learn how to lead Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum events, and help organizations adopt an Agile mindset. Upon completion, participants will have the confidence and expertise to apply Scrum principles and guide their teams towards successful project delivery. CharmTech Academy offers two types of courses: a live, instructor-led training course, and a self-paced training course that provides flexibility to learners. A webcam and a microphone for your computer is recommended and may be required (might be already built into to your device). Use of a cell phone for the live sessions is not recommended as this is an interactive course and some features may be limited on mobile devices and/or tablets. Participation in discussions, group projects, and in-class assignments/activities are required.

    Our live training courses are designed to provide a rich and engaging learning experience, even when students are not physically present in the classroom. The course is offered via video conferencing, allowing students to participate from anywhere with an internet connection. Our experienced instructors will lead the training sessions, and students will have the opportunity to complete interactive activities, ask questions, and collaborate with their peers. The instructor-led format ensures that students receive the personalized attention and support they need to successfully complete the course and apply the skills they have learned. REQUIREMENTS In order to successfully take this course, you will need to have access to a computer/laptop and high-speed internet.     Our self-paced training courses are designed to provide individuals with the flexibility to learn at their own pace, without the constraints of a live classroom environment. While these courses are not instructor-led, they still include all of the information needed to master the subject matter. Participants have access to comprehensive course materials, including video tutorials, practice exercises, and assessments to ensure comprehension of the subject. The self-paced format allows individuals to work through the course materials on their own time and at their own speed, making it an ideal option for those with busy schedules or those who prefer to learn independently. Our self-paced course offers flexible options for engaging with your trainer. For quick questions or clarifications, you can easily email your trainer at any time. If you require more detailed information or personalized guidance, you can schedule a low-cost one-on-one session. These flexible options are designed to provide support that is tailored to your individual needs and learning pace, ensuring that you get the most out of your Scrum Master training experience. During each one-on-one session, the trainer will work with the learner to assess their progress, identify any areas where they may need additional support or clarification, and provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their understanding and retention of the course material.   • What is your refund policy?
    CharmTech Academy is committed to providing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our learners. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that make it necessary for learners to withdraw from a course. Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you opt to pay for the course in full (meaning you are not utilizing a payment plan), taking advantage of any promotions, coupons, or early bird specials, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of registration. This policy applies to both our Live Virtual and Self-Paced courses. Please note, payment plans are only allowed for our Live Virtual courses. They do not apply to our self-paced courses. Live Virtual Courses Cancellation Policies: Cancellation After 24 Hours: If you cancel your enrollment after 24 hours but before the close of the registration period (which ends one week prior to the session start date), you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may opt to transfer the funds to a future class. Please email your request to Post Registration Period Cancellation: Cancellations made after the registration period has closed are not eligible for refunds or transfers.   • How much does the course cost?
    I know this is what everyone really wants to know! Our courses are priced based on the type of program you are enrolled in (the amount of information given, the length of the course, etc.) Therefore, our courses may be priced differently. Firstly, when it comes to course length, longer courses generally require more time and resources to create, maintain and update. This could include developing more comprehensive curriculum, creating additional resources and materials, and providing more support for students. As a result, longer courses may be priced higher to reflect the additional time and effort required to create and deliver the course content. Secondly, courses may also be priced differently based on how the information is given. For example, a course that involves live instruction or one-on-one coaching may be priced higher than a self-paced online course that simply provides access to pre-recorded lectures and materials. This is because live instruction and coaching require more personalized attention and resources from the instructor or coach, which may increase the cost of delivering the course. Overall, the pricing of courses depends on a variety of factors, including course length, content complexity, delivery method, and level of instructor involvement. It's important for students to consider these factors when choosing a course, as well as their personal learning goals and budget, to determine which course is the best fit for their needs. At CharmTech Academy our goal is to offer various programs that ca fit our learners different lifestyles. That way we are setting up our learners for success. Our course pricing is very competitive with other training programs, and honestly we are priced way lower, especially considering everything that you will learn. Most training programs will only teach the theory, and will not cover real life practices. Many also do not offer 1-on-1 sessions. We are committed to helping our learners succeed, so we aim to give as much information as possible in a way that is fun and engaging while still being thorough, up to date and accurate. We also aim to give our enrolled learners access to our trainers as much as we can. On average, our courses cost between $1,500 - $3,000 depending on the program and course format.
