So...What exactly is a Scrum Master?



Whether this is the first time you've heard of a 'Scrum Master' or not, you have to admit...it sounds silly. Silly name aside, a Scrum Master is the heart beat of their software development team and they deserve a lot of kudos for their role in pushing products and software to the market.


I can practically hear your thoughts coming through my screen screaming, "JUST TELL ME WHAT A SCRUM MASTER DOES". So here it is...


A Scrum Master is a key player in Agile project management, responsible for facilitating and guiding project teams towards successful outcomes. Scrum Masters serve as the key facilitator of the Scrum framework, which is a widely used Agile methodology for managing complex projects. In this blog, we will explore the role of a Scrum Master in more detail and examine the key skills and qualities that are essential for success in this role.

At its core, the role of a Scrum Master is to ensure that Agile projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
